A review of the Amen Estate, Eleko Beach road, Lagos

One visit to the Amen estate and you will be completely hooked, it is simply a lovely and classy dream home haven......

The Amen estate is a development of Redbrick Homes International Ltd, an independent, innovative firm with some of the best construction and real estate professionals in Nigeria. Presently, the Company is engaged in the construction of over 700 units at Amen Estate. The estate is built with red bricks in an exotic ambience and style that blends classic, traditional, vintage architecture with flexible, contemporary structures for today's living style.

It is a well planned estate, with tip-top layout and spatial property arrangement, designed to feature an array of homes that portray state-of-the-art design elements which embraces our culture and compliments the functionality of modern lifestyle.

It is strategically situated close to the Eleko beach lekki peninsula, the free trade zone and also the proposed soon to be established new international airport. Development is speedily advancing towards this area in the city of Lagos, with the expansion of the lekki-ajah expressway.

Interesting opportunity is being offered for any prospective home owner as there is a provision of a 10% initial deposit non-interest 2-year installmental payment plan for buyers who cannot afford an outright payment.

Featured homes include 3-bedroom luxurious flats, 4-bedroom terrace houses, 4-bedroom villas, 5-bedroom villas, 5-bedroom mansions and 6-bedroom fully detached mansions. They come fully furnished with very good taste of interior design and also with accompanying BQs.
The homes also come with good prices of between 34M for the fully furnished 3-bedroom all en-suite luxurious flats to 120M for the fully furnished 7-bedroom detached mansion (with a study and 2 room BQ).

We love the interior design at the Amen estate as it was done with high taste and quality finishing. There are just a few things we would have loved to be done differently. They include;
  •  Uniform colour scheme for all the doors, cabinets and wardrobes in the home, preferably ebony coloured MDF laminate doors and wooden surfaces.
  •  Use of wooden or aluminium venetian blinds in the restrooms, bathrooms and kitchen area.
  • Designing the curtains and drapes using the modern style rings/loops for pinning up the curtains to the rods.
  • Lavish and adorn the beddings with throw pillows of various colours, patterns and designs that fit the theme of the rooms and beddings.
  •  A more elaborate modern style dressing area in the bedrooms, and also a walk-in closet in the mistress's bedroom.
  •   A more elaborate TV/entertainment area design concept in the living rooms.
